Coming to Auburn will be the Revisit the Legend of Steppenwolf Benefit Concert to help the lost, abandoned and homeless animals at Auburn Valley Humane Society. The concert will be held on Saturday, September 30 from 7-9 pm at Auburn Mountainview High School, located at 28900 124th Ave SE, Auburn 98092. The doors will open at 6pm with raffle and auction baskets, CD's, T-shirts and concessions.
The 2017 tour will feature the legends of the classic rock band of Steppenwolf. A celebration of the band that brought you such hits as Born to be Wild, Magic Carpet Ride and Pusher. The band performs the songs the original band recorded taking you down an action-packed journey down memory lane. It will be a great trip back in time with a great show for great crowd interaction.
Opening the Benefit Concert will be the band One Sultry Day. They are an alternative rock band with Native American roots in Kent. They band was formed in 2015 by Dana Doughterty.  The One Sultry Days original songs are transformative in nature. The songs are meant to rock in an inspiring and uplifting manner. They use natively inspired instruments – a hide drum, wooden flute, and bear shaped rattle.  The band includes Roxanne Bradshaw, Dana Dougherty, Jeff Lombardi, Travis Wisniewski and Michelle Wadlow.
All ages show. Everyone must have a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. The concert is benefitting the lost, abandoned and homeless animals in the community.

Pre-order ticket sales will end on Friday, Sept. 29 at 12 noon.  General admission tickets are $25 with VIP tickets at $50 and Backstage Ticket passes at $100. Tickets may be purchased at the Auburn Valley Humane Society shelter at 4910 A St. SE, Auburn or go online to  Remaining tickets will be available at the box office for purchase one hour prior to the show starting at 6pm.
